AU Unplugged and More

We’re sitting at a month out from AU 2007.  Being anniversary years for both Autodesk as a company and AU as a conference, it’s sure to be a great event.  I wrote about a month ago about something new Autodesk is trying this year at AU called AU Unplugged.  Per an e-mail I got just yesterday we’re down to the final week of voting for the Unplugged sessions.

AU Unplugged is shaping up to be something I think is really cool.  Browsing through the site myself there’s a lot of really cool sessions on the docket.  Of those is one I have offered to present titled The “Training Trinity: Fundamentals of a Successful Training Program“.   If you’re attending AU I’d highly encourage you to check out this AU Unplugged thing.  The sessions offered are being chosen based on your votes.  So hurry and cast your vote today (only one week left).

For those still needing to book your flight to and from AU, a site I have found useful is Kayak.com. Kayak is for travel what Froogle is to internet shopping.  Basically it searches Cheaptickets, Orbitz, Expedia, and a sampling of the airlines with a single search.  It then returns the results in a single aggregated view as opposed to doing the same search at each of those sites.

See you at AU!
