    I have found Jing to work at http://www.jingproject.com to work really well for screen capture and video (not a ton of features, but the price is good and it’s quick and easy to use and works on Macs and Windows.) For editing text files I like Notepad++, it can even watch the syntax of your LISP code.

    Another nifty FTP ‘program’ is actually an addon for Firefox: FireFTP

    It’s free, and looks like most FTP Client software.

    good stuff! i’m a regular yugma user. it is quite useful and easy to use. and the recent skype partnership is great, as is the browser viewer that they release (last week, i think). i’m totally sold.
